- Improper use or storage or cleaning
- Accidental damage or breakage
- Power spikes, lightning or load-shedding related damage
- Unauthorised repairs or modifications
- Use outside intended purpose or instructions
- Commercial usage

Guarantee Claim Procedure
To file a guarantee claim, as a customer you must:
- Contact the retailer or Typhur South Africa Customer Service within the warranty period:
- If the product was purchased through a retailer, you must return the product to the store where the product was purchased.
- If the product was purchased online from the Typhur South Africa website, please contact us directly using our web form.
- Provide a valid proof of purchase or Typhur South Africa online order reference:
- If the product was purchased through a retailer, provide a receipt or invoice indicating retailer name and date of purchase.
- If the product was purchased online from the Typhur South Africa website, provide your valid order reference [e.g. TYOR12345678]
- Supply clear and sufficient images of the fault or defect, if requested:
- If the product was purchased through a retailer, we may request these from the store or area sales agent.
- If the product was purchased online from the Typhur South Africa website, you may upload these images when completing the web form, or send them via email to our Customer Service department once your request is initiated, if requested.
- Return the defective part or product to us, if requested, for inspection. We will arrange courier collection with you in some cases, or you may return the product to our offices for assessment (please make contact with us via the web form prior to visiting).
